We have co-working desk space to hire for £75 a month. This includes 24 hour access, lockers, bills, WiFi, discounts in our café. Email to find out more about what we can offer!

Studios range from 60SQFT to 90SQFT. All come with natural light and includes business rates and utilities. To join our waiting list please send your CV, link to your portfolio and preference of studio size.

Broadworks have multiple spaces to hire by the day a rehearsal space for creatives, dancers or theatre groups. Starting from £50.
